Shipping policy
Popcorn Fix orders ship via UPS Ground unless another option is selected at checkout. You will be presented with Popcorn Fix Discounted Shipping which is often less than our standard UPS Ground rates. Both of these options are the same shipping and processing speed so please select the cheapest one. You will also be presented with faster shipping methods when available. You may also see a Local Delivery option for addresses within 60 miles of St. Cloud, FL. For large orders this is often the cheapest delivery option.
At Popcorn Fix to maintain quality and freshness we only make your popcorn once it has been ordered. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship out or deliver to our local customers within 2 business days. Large orders may require additional time (add one additional business day for each $500 increment). If you need the popcorn in your hands by a specific date we recommend reaching out by chat, email or phone before you place your order.
Orders received by 12 PM EST Monday are expected to ship by Wednesday.
Orders received by 12 PM EST Tuesday are expected to ship by Thursday.
Orders received by 12 PM EST Wednesday are expected to ship by Friday.
Orders received by 12 PM EST Thursday are expected to ship by Monday.
Orders received by 12 PM EST Friday are expected to ship by Tuesday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation after your order has shipped. The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation will give you the ability to track your package with the carrier after the package is scanned into their system. Popcorn Fix cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather or other events while package is in the possession of the carrier.
